5. Instructors Who Register Interest
What we collect: Your name, email address, phone number, postcode, years of instructing experience, the transmission you teach in, your message to us, and where you heard about us.
Why we collect it: To contact you about joining LeapFrog Driving as an instructor, and about our launch in your area.
Lawful basis: Your consent. The instructor form collects one consent — to be contacted about instructor opportunities at LeapFrog Driving — and there is no separate marketing opt-in, so we do not use your details for anything else. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
How long we keep it: 24 months from your last contact with us, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as you have an active account or as needed to provide services. Booking records are kept for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
